What is reflexology? Reflexology (zone therapy) is a natural form of relaxation and healing practiced by ancient civilizations in Egypt, China and India. They believed that each body part, organ or gland was represented by specific areas or points located on the hands and feet. They believed by stimulating these points, it would promote healing and have therapeutic affects on the relative health of the corresponding body parts.
