If your Accu-flex massage tool
fails or breaks down within the first year of
purchase, simply return the item to us (pre-paid),
along with a copy of your receipt of purchase.
Please include your return
address and replacement color choice and we will
ship you a replacement package absolutely free. Its
that simple.
(Note: If you are returning an under "warranty"
item for a replacement, the customer is responsible
for the shipping/handling/duty fees to return the
item to Accu-Flex. Accu-Flex will only be
responsible for the return shipping/handling of the
replacement item to the customer.)
